What is the process?

The process starts with a free in-home or virtual consultation. After understanding your needs, the team creates a custom design with 3D renderings. Once approved, the product is manufactured and professionally installed.

How long does it take?

After design approval, most projects are completed and installed within a short timeframe, often in just one day for standard closet systems.

Is my closet too small for a system?

No. Even small closets can benefit from custom organization systems. Smaller spaces are often improved the most with proper design.

What is included in the price?

Pricing includes design, 3D rendering, materials, and installation. It also includes a limited lifetime warranty (with some conditions).

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. yourCloset.ca provides a limited lifetime warranty on materials, though third-party items may have separate terms.

What payment methods are accepted?

They accept multiple payment options including cash, e-transfer, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I customize my closet design?

Yes. All closets are fully customisable with different styles, colours, finishes, accessories, and layouts based on your needs.

Do you provide design previews?

Yes. Customers receive detailed 3D design renderings before production begins so they can visualize the final result.

I was worried that no way we could utilize the space I have for my walk-in closet given it is small. Patrick proved me wrong. He installed the whole thing by himself within one full day. The finished product far exceeded my expectation. Love the black handles and rods, really made a difference for the overall modern look. Not many contractors were offering to patch the holes for us after removing the old closet. Patrick and his team of painters taught me a lot about the work they do and gave me tips for next time. They were always punctual and were open to staying until we were fully satisfied with the final result.
