How can we help?
What is the process?
We start by booking your complimentary, in-home consultation. An expert yourCloset designer will evaluate your space, needs, and budget to determine a design plan and provide an estimate. Once your custom design plan is finalized, you’ll be able to see 3D renderings so you’ll know exactly how your new closet or cabinets will look. Then, we get to work beginning manufacturing in house, then installing your new organizational system.
Is my closet too small for a yourCloset system?
No closet is too small! In fact, small closets may benefit the most from our organizer systems. The right small closet organizer can make your tiny closet feel just the right size.
How many colour finishes do you offer?
We have over 50 colour finishes to choose from, our designers can help you find the perfect shade for your space.
What is included in the price?
Our pricing is all-inclusive, your estimate will include everything from the custom design and image rendering, materials, to installation, as well as a limited lifetime warranty.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Our materials are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. *Third party products are subject. Warranty does not cover physical negligence.
How long does it take?
Your in-home consultation will take approximately one hour, and designs are created and finalized within the next few days. Once you approve the 3D rendering of your project, installation will be scheduled. Installation time varies, but typical residential yourCloset designs are installed in just one day.
What are your closets made of?
We use strictly the highest quality Canadian-made 3/4″ thick melamine for our closet and cabinet base. Laminate composite has come a long way, and allows us to offer a wide range of finishes and textures to provide a high quality product and reasonable price.
I have a design from a competitor—can I send it to you for a quote?
Absolutely! We’re also happy to improve upon any existing design plans you may have.
How should I prepare for my yourCloset installation?
We ask that you clear any belongings that may be obstructing the area. We also recommend completing any patching and painting before your yourCloset installation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
