The process begins with a free in-home consultation. A designer assesses your space, discusses your needs and budget, and provides a design concept and estimate. After approval, you receive 3D renderings, followed by manufacturing and installation.
The consultation typically takes about one hour. Once the design is approved, production and installation are scheduled. Most residential installations can be completed within a single day.
Yes. Custom closet systems are designed to maximize storage and organization, making them especially beneficial for smaller spaces.
Yes. A limited lifetime warranty is provided on materials and workmanship. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents is typically not covered.
Once the design is approved and the deposit is received, the company aims to complete installation within 30 days. Certain exceptions may apply, including custom material orders, client-requested design changes, weather-related delays, and supplier delays.
Yes. You will receive a 3D design rendering to review and approve before production begins.
